Delivery & Returns

Moots products are sent to our customers by Aras Kargo. Your orders will be shipped within 7 business days at the latest (excluding public holidays and weekends). The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified in the order. If you are not present at the specified address, a note will be left stating that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch and do not receive your package within three days, your package will be returned to us.
MASK AND MASK ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR HYGIENE.
PRODUCTS WITH NAMES OR LETTERS THAT ARE SPECIALLY WORKED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUND ON PRODUCTS PREPARED BY PERSONAL PRIVATE

As Moots, we request you to check the products during delivery and to ensure the return of the damaged products by keeping a report to the cargo officer in case of any damage (crushing, tearing, opening, wetting, etc.) so that we can serve you faster and more effectively. If a record is not kept, we cannot refund the price of the product to you as we cannot compensate for the damage from the courier company. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that you should be sensitive to this issue while receiving your product.

Refund Conditions
If you want to return or change the product you have bought, you must notify shopmoots@gmail.com by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Cargo belongs to the buyer for the sales within the scope of the campaign. NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT is made.
